What is Founder Freedom?
Founder Freedom is a 12-month, AI-powered business coaching program for established founders and business owners. It helps you reduce your dependency on yourself — the single biggest bottleneck in most growing businesses — through four pillars: People, Process, Systems and Freedom. The goal is simple: build a business that works without you in it, so you can lead more, work less, and create real freedom.
Who is the Founder Freedom program for?
Founder Freedom is for established founders and business owners who have already validated their offer and built real revenue. Applicants under $100k are welcome too — we assess fit and readiness, not just revenue size. It is ideal for founders ready to transition from operator to true owner — those who want stronger leadership, clearer systems, and a business that can grow without consuming all of their time.
How does Founder Freedom use AI for business success?
AI is woven through the Systems pillar. You learn to implement practical AI tools and automation that create leverage and consistency — from AI-assisted SOP documentation and workflow automation to decision-support systems that reduce the load on you as the founder. The program teaches AI for business in a hands-on, applied way, so you leave with real AI systems running in your company, not just theory.
How is the program structured over 12 months?
The 12-month journey combines monthly live group workshops, hot-seat coaching on your biggest opportunities and challenges, bi-weekly accountability pods of like-minded founders, and a private founder community. It runs on a blended online format, so you can join from anywhere. The founding cohort begins in February 2027 and is strictly limited to 15 founders.
How much does Founder Freedom cost?
The founding cohort offer is $4,000 + GST as a one-time payment, or 6 monthly payments of $750 + GST ($4,500 + GST total). The price rises to $5,000 + GST (or 6 x $900 + GST) from 1 December 2026. No payment is taken on application — fees are invoiced separately after your application is reviewed and accepted.

Founders leave with clearer roles and delegation across their team, better decision-making and accountability, documented systems that actually get used, less founder dependency, and 10–20 hours of weekly time freed up within the first 90 days.
